Hi! My name is Sung Won Han and I am the first grade in SangSan High School. I'm glad to write you a letter. First, I will introduce my school life.
The scenery of my school is really beautiful. In spring, you can see beautiful flowers because of the cherry blossoms, and in summer, you can see green trees. Also, you can see yellow ginkgo trees and beautiful sunset in autumn. I feel happy when I see this scenery while studying.
I usually go to school by 7:55 in the morning and have 8 classes for 50 minutes each. After school, I have dinner, and I have to study at night for 3 hours. I often study while listening to music. I listen to Lauv's songs a lot these days. I'm about to become a big fan of him.(I high-key like his songs. I recommend to you!) I wonder which singer you like. After the night self-study, my friends who live in the dormitory do something called dormitory self-study for about an hour. (I don't know the details because I don't live in the dormitory.)
The reason why we study so hard is because of the test called the CSAT. I heard that the United States has tests called SAT and ACT. I heard that American students can take a test once a month In Korea, I take a test called CSAT (an important test like SAT, ACT) when I was in my third year of high school, and I can only take it once a year. So there are a great number of students who are stressed out because of the test. If you don't get good grades and go to the university you want to go to, you have to take the test again next year. I hope we can both do well on the test and go to the university we want.
