Hello!
My name is Hayoung and I am a first-year student at Sangsan High School. I am 16 years old! My friends call me a peach because I look like a peach. Do you have a nickname that your friends call you?
The reason why I wrote you a letter is to tell you about my high school life! Our school is a private high school located in Jeonju, so a great number of students from all over the country live in school dormitory. My family lives in Seoul, so I see them only once a month. When I miss my family, I tend to make a video call with my family for about 30 minutes before going to bed after finishing all the work.
Now, I will tell you how I usually live at Sangsan High School. I usually wake up at 6:00 am and wash up, but these days, I wake up at 5:00 am to study because it's exam season. Usually, I study in the dormitory study room, come out at 7:00 am, eat, and go to school. I eat at the dormitory restaurant, but it seems to be getting tasteless as time goes by:(. The first class starts at 8:10 am and the last ends at 5:10 pm. After class, I eat dinner and go back to school and do something called night self-study. It's about three hours, and when it's over, I find myself exhausted. It ends at 9:20 pm, so I have free time until 10:00 pm! Usually, I take a walk in the playground with my friends, or go back to the dorm and rest. At this time, the front of the women's dormitory is crowded with couples, and it makes me jealous and annoyed every time I see it:(. After that, I study in the dormitory from 10:00 pm to 11:20 pm, and the lights go out at midnight. After midnight, it is bedtime, but I usually watch interesting YouTube or TV programs then. I high-key like the dance program called Street Man Fighter the most these days. Watching Street Man Fighter, I became a big fan of a dancer named 5000.Do you have a favorite YouTuber or TV program? This is my usual life pattern! When I first entered high school, I had a hard time because I had to study much more than I thought, but these days, I have adapted well and have a fun school life. I love my school. My classmates are so good, and the view of the school is so beautiful. What is your favorite thing in your school? I want to know more about your school, too! I have so many questions about what subjects there are, whether there are hamburgers or chicken served for school meals, or if there is a prom party!
