  Dear American student, Hi my name is Uiju Song. I'm attending Sangsan high school in Jeonju as a freshmen. I live in the dormitary like the most of the students at our school. A great number of students live together in the dormitory, so usualyy five people become room mates. Our class starts at 8:10a.m. and finishes at 5:10p.m. We take total eight classes per day and each class is fifty minute each. From 12:00p.m. to 1:20p.m. we can eat lunch at student cafeteria or go to CU for snacks. After the school ends at 5:10p.m. we have dinner and go back to school because self-study time starts at 6:30p.m. and ends at 9:20p.m. Students review what they have learned or do their own studies at that time. I prefer to do my study rather than to review classes. Then we are allowed to go to the dorm and can rest until 10:00p.m. because from 10:00p.m. to 11:20p.m. we have self-study time again at the dorm. Finally at 12:a.m. I go to bed. My hobby at Sangsan high school is looking at the sky before the school self study time starts. We can see pink colored sky when the sun sets at our school. Many students go out to the balcony and take pictures of the sky. I high-key like the beautiful pink sky in sangsan high school. I recommend you to take a picture of beautiful sceneries in your school like I take picture of the sky. What is your favorite thing about your school? One special thing about our school is 'Korean Barbacue party.' We have the party twice a year and we eat pork, tteokbokgi, and snacks together. Do you have any parties in your school? Hi my name is Brynley I go to Bryan community school, and to answer your question no we don't really have parties but we do have dances and they are kind of like parties but the music is trash most of the time lol. My favorite thing about my school is we get to call teachers by their first name and the teachers here are very kind and supportive and very helpful when you are having trouble in or outside of school. A kinda cool thing we do is fun fridays so on friday we have a theme and this week's theme is anything but a backpack. It's really fun to have something to look forward to on friday. I also love to take pictures of the sky. It's so beautiful and never looks the same, I love to watch the sunset almost every night! It was nice talking to you if you want to communicate more. What do you think is most important in life? I think money is the most important thing. Without money people cannot go to school or eat or live at home.
One difference between Korea and America is that you don't have to pay tips at restaurant. It is because the service charge is included in the price you pay.
Is there anything I should be careful when I visit America?
