Dear American High School Student,
My name is Soyeon Myung and I am a first-year student at Sangsan High School. I am 16 years old. I have a dog named Leon, but I live in a dormitory so I only can meet him when I go home. I miss him so much.

I want to tell you about my high school life. I woke up at 6:30 and I go to the cafeteria for breakfast with my friend. I arrive at the school at about 7:20 and start to study until the class starts at 8:10. After four classes, I have lunch with my classmates. The food at our school is so delicious that I always wait for lunch. At 5:10, the class is over, and I eat dinner. I sometimes eat dinner with tteokbokki and chicken that eat out of school with my friends instead of a school meal. After dinner, we do more studying, both at school and back in the dormitory.
Also, I love listening to music that all kinds of genres. I always make use of listening to music I study mathematics. Music makes me focus on it. I love K-pop too. Do you know BTS? I am a big fan of The Boyz, they are the K-pop Idol that I prefer.
I am curious about the party that takes part in American schools like the prom party. When I watch American high teen movies, students wear beautiful dresses and suits and dance with partners. Also, there is a prom king and queen. I have some fantasies about the party, so I want to attend it sometime. I have some questions about the school club. In some high teen movies, there are a lot of clubs that look very interesting. Now I joined a club that discusses some matters about bioethics. Which club did you join?
