hi my name is
Dongmin!
Nice to meet you! I'm a high schooler from sangsan high. I'm 18 years old in Korea and 17 years old in America. if you are curious about the age counting rules, go ask google. i’m not that kind to tell all of these.
...
okay, okay. That was a joke. The reason why we add one more age is because in Korea, we think that a human's birth is given when they are a fetus. so, 10 months in my mom’s body, we bump that as an age too. if you come to korea, you can get older! yeah!!!
Also I'm pretty jealous about the fact that you guys don't study a lot when you are out of school. Korea, just like all other Asian countries, thinks private education is very important. For example, I go to math academy 24 hours a week during my vacation.
you have to know that you guys are very lucky to be born in the USA. Even though I don't know your lifestyle, I guess it would be way much happier than mine. So, cheer up and have a nice day!
sincerely. by dongmin.

Dear Dongmin, Hi, my name is Ava! I am 14 years old, and I am a freshman at Duchesne Academy. It was very interesting to hear about your school and your schedule. My regular week usually consists of me waking up at 7:15, and going to school. Our school starts at 8:45 every day. I like to get there early to talk with my friends and ask homework questions. Four days out of the week we have block scheduling where our classes our 80 minutes long. They can be kind of boring sometimes, but it is nice to focus on only four classes a day. On Mondays we have all eight of our classes. Currently, I am taking Spanish, Literature, World Cultures, Algebra, Art, Scriptures, Biology, and Freshman Seminar. In freshman seminar, they teach us how to be more organized in high school. My favorite class is Scriptures because we have an amazing teacher. My teacher is so funny, and he also tells us very interesting stories. My least favorite class is biology because it can be extremely boring at times, but my teacher is still very nice. I get out at 3 or 3:30 everyday. When I go home, I love to hang out and play games on my phone (Super Stylist is my favorite), and then I work on my homework. When I heard how much studying you guys do, I was shocked! I also thought it was very interesting that all of you guys live at school because that is very different from my school. I definitely have some questions for you. My first one is: how do you like living at school and sharing your space with like four or five other boys? I don’t know how I would like that because I like to have my own space My second question is: what do you do for fun? I know you said you study a lot outside of school, but what do you like to do when you are not studying or doing school related activities. My last question for you is: What is your favorite class in school? I think those are all of the questions I have for right now. Sincerely, Ava

First, for using the dormitory, you will get a lot of stress if your personal space is very important to you. The only personal space you get is only your bed. But for my experience, somebody put his underwear on my pillow, so your bed is not… the basic personal space you think. Lol… for me, i did not like living in dormitory. For real.
for the second question, i like to play guitar. I am the main guitar of our school’s band club. I am really happy when i play my guitar.
my favorite class of school is, of course, advanced English composition!
Ps. Thanks for the good quality of reply!
