Dear Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart student
Good morning! Oh, should I say “good evening”? I am writing this letter at 9 a.m., but come to think of it, it’s evening there. Lol. Anyway, My name is Hyejin. I’m a first grade student of Sangsan highschool and I am 16 years old. I am so delighted to exchange letter with you!
How are you today? I am so tired… Because I wake up at 5 am. Our dormitory’s morning call rings at 6:30 but there are five students in dorms’ one room, so, I have to bathe in early morning!
I am preparing my midterm test now. There are only 28 days left… OMG!!! Are you also preparing any test? Tell me. I’m curious about America test. Oh, do you know 수능? I suggest you look it up. It’s Korea’s biggest test every year. Korean students have to study hard for this test and they can go college through this. I am just first grade student so I don’t have to take this test. After 수능, maybe its very next day, our school have a party called ‘Kylie’. We can buy and eat some food at there and there are also many performances. My friends will also perform on stage.(not me…) I heard that in America, there is prom party. Does your school have a prom party, too? I high-key want to hear about it!
I also have another question. Do you know MBTI? And is MBTI popular in the U.S.? It’s almost a craze in Korea. My MBTI is ENTP and it is same as Socrates and Leonardo da Vinci(I can’t believe that we can know MBTI of the deceased!). It is really fun to divide people according to personality types. Once you’re into it, you won’t be able to get out of it. If you haven’t tested it, I recommend you to try it! And tell me your test result.
I really want you to reply! The sooner you give me the letter back the better I will be. Bye! Have a nice day.
Sincerely, Hyejin.
p.s.) This picture is me at our school.
